About This Course
This course gives a high level description of project management theory and was developed in partnership with Project Managers Without Borders (PMWB). The second half of the course provides an extended example of using the converted PMWB Project Management spreadsheet tool for managing an EIA bridge project, which will prove immensely helpful in managing your project.
Requirements
It is required that you previously have taken the Bridge Program Introduction and Chapter Operations courses before this course.
