About This Course

This course is about becoming competent in cross-cultural communication, specific to development engineering projects. You will grow in your understanding of working cross-culturally, collaborate with other Cultural Relations Managers, and bring your new knowledge back to your team. On your bridge build (much like life in general) you will work with people of different cultures, languages, ethnicities, customs, etc. and it's important to know how to communicate respectfully and effectively. The modules in this course will teach you about community engagement, relationship building, dealing with unexpected road bumps, and specifics about the country you will travel to.
