About This Course

This course prepares you for work on a suspended footbridge construction site in a rural community. More high-level theories on management are discussed in the Project Management course, while this course focuses specifically on daily tasks of construction management on a bridge site. Construction scheduling and the critical path method are discussed, culminating in a team-building activity for the pull-planning process.
